A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

From a young age, I’ve been deeply inspired by the fantastical elements of movies, books, and art—the way they can create characters and worlds that feel grander than our own. This early fascination sparked my first reflections on who I was and how I saw the world around me.

As a queer person, I’ve often felt the constraints of a world that tries to box you in. For me, world-building became a way to imagine spaces that stretch beyond these limits and reframe my struggles into new, empowering realities.

I also grew up with learning disabilities, which led me to develop a passion for languages. Early on, I worked with speech therapists to improve my communication, and that journey inspired me to create Manaean, a fictional language. To me, it represents more than just a creative pursuit—it’s a way to explore new methods of communication and express ideas that go beyond traditional boundaries.
