When exploring the concept of a time rewind, temporal shenanegans through a video format, I thought about duplication of self. The idea that multiples of ourselves exist simultaneously is really fascinating. This idea led me to conceptualizing a story about someone haunted by themselves.

Exploring the haunted led me to exploring the idea of survival horror, explorative fear, and the fear of the unknown. I wanted to capture "dissociative" feelings, losing where you are in space and time, which is where the layering of multiple clips supplies a sense of disorientation.

In the video, the first person camera person wanders from the road, down to the beach in the night. Throughout the journey, the camera person struggles to maintain composure within their mind and begins to run, losing focus and losing observational interest within the environment they are journeying through.
